‘Nothing happens until something moves’- Albert Einstein
The tangible and faithful expression of the Self throughout our life journey, the physical body is the archive of own personal history, experiences, pains, traumas, as well as joys and resources. The body is the primary resource in the healing and development of the being.
The inherent wisdom of the body is recognized at every turn, from ancient rituals (which directly and centrally used the body, movement and dance) to recent discoveries in neuroscience, psychophysiology, and biology.
At the dawn of civilization, dance, music, healing, and spirituality were inseparable. The Western world is currently experiencing a rebirth of the use of conscious bodily practices, which have become a central pillar in improving health and well-being.
Today, we can perceive the body and the mind as inseparable; the patterns of the mind also become patterns of the body, and the movement of the body reflects the internal movement of emotional states. Our neuro-motor networks, mental maps and beliefs find their physical manifestation and expression in the body and its dynamics: we become our "dance" through the world.
This psycho-somatic universe has a bidirectional relationship: through neurofeedback, any change in the pattern of movement leads to changes in thoughts, emotions, and experiences. When we work with the body, we create connections on all levels: emotional, sensory, cognitive, and relational.
Let's work with the body and reshape our mind, our experiences, our Life!
